TeamStore HQ is operated by ST1 Sports, a nationwide K-12 athletic equipment and custom apparel supplier based in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This policy covers the TeamStore HQ website. Team stores themselves run on a separate platform with its own terms.

What we collect, and when

This site collects nothing until you choose to send it something. There are three places you can.

The earnings estimator

You can use the estimator without giving us anything — the calculation happens in your browser and nothing is sent anywhere. If you ask for the estimate by email, we receive your email address along with the sport, roster size and figure you were shown, so the email we send is about your program rather than a generic message.

The contact form

We receive your name, email address, the organisation you entered, the topic you chose and your message. We use these to answer you.

The order lookup

We pass the order number and email address you enter to our order system to find the matching order. Both have to match the same order. We do not store what you enter, and we do not keep a record of the lookup beyond routine server logs.

What we do with it

We use what you send us to reply to you, to send the estimate you asked for, and — if you asked for the estimate by email — to send you related information about running a team store. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops it.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone except the service providers below, who process it on our behalf.

Who processes it for us

• Cloudflare hosts this site and protects the forms from automated abuse. Cloudflare processes your IP address to do that.
• Klaviyo sends the estimate emails and any marketing you opted into, and holds the email address and program details you provided.
• Google Analytics measures how the site is used, when it is enabled. It sets cookies and sends usage data to Google. IP anonymisation is turned on.
• Our order system receives an order number and email address when you use the order lookup, in order to find the order.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own. Cookies are set only by the services above: Google Analytics when it is enabled, and Cloudflare's bot check where it is used on a form. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Keeping and removing your information

Contact enquiries are kept as long as needed to deal with them and for our records afterwards. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Use the contact form or write to ST1 Sports in Colorado Springs, Colorado, and we will act on it.

Children

This site is aimed at coaches, athletic directors and club and school administrators — adults running programs. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will remove it.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
