What this site is
TeamStore HQ describes a team store service and lets you start the process of opening one. Opening and running a store happens on a separate platform, and purchases made through a store are governed by that platform's terms and conditions of sale, not by these terms.
The earnings estimator
The estimator produces an estimate, not an offer, a quote or a guarantee. It applies typical annual apparel and equipment spending figures by sport to the roster size you enter, and assumes a proportion of a roster buys through the store.
What a program actually earns depends on the assortment it carries, how many families order, what they order and the terms agreed for that store. Nothing shown by the estimator forms part of any agreement, and no one should plan a budget on it alone.
Order lookup
The order lookup is provided to help you find the status of an order you placed. It requires both the order number and the email address the order was placed with, and both must match the same order. Status information is provided as it stands at the time of the lookup.
Accuracy
We try to keep this site accurate and current, but product ranges, brands, availability and timescales change. Nothing on this site is a commitment that a particular product or brand will be available for a particular store.
Where this site compares our service with another company's, the comparison reflects that company's publicly stated positioning at the time of writing. Other companies change what they offer, and we are not responsible for keeping a record of theirs.
Using the site
Please do not attempt to interfere with the site or its forms, use the order lookup to search for orders that are not yours, submit automated traffic, or copy the site's content for a competing service.
Intellectual property
The content, design and branding of this site belong to ST1 Sports. Third-party brand names and logos referred to on this site belong to their respective owners, and are used to describe products we supply.
Liability
This site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from relying on information on it, including estimator output.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
